Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ADExhibit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of ADExhibit, including visitors, registered users and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ADExhibit is a web-based platform that allows users to upload, preview, validate and optimize HTML5 banner ad creatives. The Service includes campaign and client management, shareable preview links, platform-specific validation, and file optimization tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@adexhibit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

ADExhibit offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

Free tier: 20MB storage with access to all features. No credit card required.

Paid plans: Billed monthly at the rates displayed on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

Refunds: We offer a refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. Contact billing@adexhibit.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ADExhibit to:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses or malicious code
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal content or content that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or abuse the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all files and creative assets you upload to ADExhibit. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content. We will never use your uploaded files for any purpose other than operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content you add to the platform.

7. Storage and Data

Each subscription plan includes a specified amount of storage. If you exceed your storage limit, you will need to either upgrade your plan or delete files to free up space.

Upon account deletion, all your data including uploaded files, campaigns and client data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of your data but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We recommend maintaining your own copies of important files.

8. Intellectual Property

ADExhibit, its logo, design, software and all associated intellectual property are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Validation results will guarantee acceptance by any third-party ad platform
• Optimization results will meet every platform's current requirements

Ad platform specifications change frequently. Always verify current requirements directly with the relevant platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADExhibit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
